Aikikai Hombu Dojo

In 1968 the original wooden structure housing the Aikido Hombu Dojo was replaced by a modern concrete building. The five-story dojo includes three separate training areas totalling 250 tatami. Because of the support and dedication of people from many countries, Aikido Hombu Dojo stands at the center of the Aikido world.

Under the direction of Moriteru Ueshiba Doshu, instructors carry on the spirit of Aikido which continues to grow throughout the world.
